At bichahomie.com, your satisfaction is our priority. Since all of our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. However, we’re happy to help if there’s a problem with your order.

🛠 Print-on-Demand Policy

Each item is custom-printed just for you. As a result, we do not keep inventory or resell returned items, which is why all sales are final — unless the item is defective or incorrect.

✅ Accepted Return Reasons

We will offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:

• The product arrives damaged or defective

• You receive the wrong item or design

• There is a printing error or significant quality issue

To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A photo of the item

• A description of the issue
